LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms of service
Effective from 17 September 2026.
These terms govern the use of the Broneo online service, provided by Gevar OÜ. For questions, contact info@broneo.ee.
1. Service and account
Broneo helps providers manage services, working hours, bookings, customer notifications and their booking page. The person creating the account is responsible for the accuracy of the information, account security and the actions of their business's users.
2. Provider responsibilities
Providers determine their services, prices, availability, cancellation rules and customer communications. Providers are responsible for accurate booking page information and for having a legal basis to process customer data and send notifications.
3. Trial, paid plan and billing
Broneo may offer a free trial to new accounts. Once a paid plan is activated, billing is handled through Stripe at the price and terms shown on the subscription page. Subscriptions can be managed in Broneo's billing settings. Paid features may be restricted if a subscription is unpaid or has ended.
4. Acceptable use
Broneo must not be used for unlawful activities, unauthorised processing of personal data, damaging the system or disrupting the service. Broneo may restrict or terminate account access where necessary for security or compliance with the law or these terms.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service operational and secure, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party failures. We may develop and change the service and will give reasonable notice of significant changes affecting its use.
6. Closing an account
Providers can request account closure through Broneo. On closure, data is handled according to the privacy policy and applicable retention obligations.
7. Changes to terms and disputes
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by Estonian law. Before initiating a dispute, please contact info@broneo.ee so that we can seek a resolution.
