Privacy policy

This policy explains how Gevar OÜ, the provider of Broneo, processes personal data. For questions, requests or complaints, contact info@broneo.ee.

1. Whose data we process and our role

Broneo acts as controller for account owners' and users' data. For providers' customer booking data, the provider is the controller and Broneo processes data on their behalf to deliver the booking system. Broneo may process data independently where necessary for security, service operation or legal obligations.

2. Data we process

We may process names, emails, phone numbers, business and service information, schedules, booking details, customer comments, vehicle registration numbers, notification preferences, technical payment and subscription data, and support conversations. Broneo does not store payment card details; Stripe processes them.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to create accounts, facilitate bookings, send notifications, provide support and manage subscriptions. Legal bases include contractual necessity, our legitimate interest in a secure and operational service, consent where requested, and applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing data

We use trusted service providers, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Veebimajutus for hosting and email infrastructure, and Stripe for payment processing. We share data only as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

5. Retention and security

We retain data while the account and service are used and afterwards only as needed to conclude the service, resolve disputes, maintain security or meet legal obligations. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, but internet transmission cannot be entirely risk-free.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, erasure or restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Cookies and technical data

Broneo uses cookies needed for sign-in and service operation and may process technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser information and errors, to keep the service secure and operational.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page with its effective date.
